2013 ACE Team Meet a Resounding Success!
ACE Team Meet 2013, Amega Global's first major event this year, was a huge success!
The Meet, attended by 32 leaders from different countries including Russia, Mongolia, Philippines, India, Iran and Indonesia, took place in the beautiful Pulai Springs Resort in Johor Malaysia last 24th-26th January.
As expected, the convergence was packed with extensive and motivational talks, presented by the Corporate Team which was headed by Chairman, Mr. Eric Banks and Group CEO, Mr. Arun Kemer. Presentation on Leadership Success and conducting of different business trainings were highlighted during this 3-day event. There were also sessions where Amega Global culture, values and beliefs were tackled. Everyone got energized as well with all the fun activities that took place.
The first day started early as everybody assembled in the Singapore HQ office at 9.00AM. Briefing took place as soon as the participants were completed. The leaders were given Amega Global t-shirts and jackets, and treated to a filling breakfast. A coach then brought the attendees from the office to Pulai Springs Resort in Malaysia.
The training, which started at 3.00PM, was officially opened with high intensity when all attendees danced to the tune of a popular Korean song. This was followed after by a Welcome Speech from Chairman, Mr. Eric Banks. General Manager, Mr. Nava Velanadam then set the tonality of the Meet by presenting the objectives and rules for the event as well as benefits of becoming an Amega Global Captain of Entrepreneurship. Network Development Manager, Mr. Marcus Maximus began the training with a presentation on Leadership Success, where participants had to formed and worked with groups. There was also a fun Stacking Game that accompanied the session.
After a tea break and massage and warm up exercise, Amega culture, mission, values and beliefs, as well as the 5 Levels of Leadership, were tackled. There were also breakthrough exercises and games. The night was then capped off with a review and sharing session with Group CEO, Mr. Arun Kemer.
A session presented by Senior VP for Training and Development, Mr. Benjamin Cheng opened day 2 of the event. Mr. Cheng went through the details of the different trainings in Amega Global, which includes Wellness Preview, Amega Momentum Training, ACE Team Selection Training and Diamond Leadership Training. This was followed by a Compensation Plan presentation by Network Development Manager, Ms. Jez Yang. An exercise to test the participants' performance on trainings and compensation plan was done afterwards. Everybody then enjoyed a sumptuous lunch buffet after the morning session.
A detailed Super Saturday presentation by Mr. Arun Kemer started the afternoon training, where he discussed the points on why, when and how to conduct an effective Super Saturday. This was followed by a test and review discussion with the participants. The Group CEO also introduced the new Energetic Wellness Program.
The second day nicely ended with a poolside dinner where everybody got to connect with each other.
After a fun massage and warm up exercise that opened day 3, The General Manager then introduced the new Leadership Fulfillment Program. There was also a sharing session where some participants got to stand in front of everyone and share their review and learning from the whole meet.
The Meet ended with a closing and thanksgiving speech from the Group CEO, and the awarding of certificates and pins to the newly elected ACE Team/Club members.

A Fruitful Success and You Event in Indonesia!
Another successful event in Indonesia was recently concluded.
Attended by almost 200 BAs, the whole day of power pack training was headed by Amega Global LLC Senior VP for Training and Development, Mr. Benjamin Cheng. The Success and You event aimed to empower each individual to achieve their goals and be more successful in their business.
A leaders training was also conducted. Business Development Manager, Mr. Logan did the How to be a Good Leader presentation, where he emphasized on the points of successful leadership and how to develop the business; while Network Development Manager, Ms. Jez Yang presented the 10 Steps to Success.
Everyone was definitely energized and motivated when the training ended. All are geared up on taking their Amega Global business to new heights.
Indeed, Amega Global Indonesia is expanding! Congratulations to the whole team!

A Fabulous North America Annual Convention!
The past November 2 to 4 has been very eventful to Amega Global North America, the recently concluded NAAC was a huge success! Amegans from different states came together in this 3-day convention packed with extensive trainings and presentations. Leaders from Mongolia and Philippines also flew all the way to Las Vegas to participate in this event.
The registration that started at 1pm was immediately followed by the Pre-Conference Leadership Meeting, attended by Diamond leaders and above. Discussions were headed by Amega Global Chairman, Mr. Eric Banks, Group CEO, Mr. Arun Kemer, Network Development Manager, Ms. Jez Yang and newly appointed North America General Manager, Mr. Dwayne Davis.
Trainings about the Amega Global business were highlighted during this meet. Marketing Incentives were also presented by Amega Global General Manager, Mr. Nava Velanadam. A private meeting with the FBAs was arranged after.
The evening just got more beautiful with the Welcome Reception that took place that night. Everybody enjoyed the cocktail reception and took the opportunity to connect with other Amegans from different parts of the world. The NAAC Special was also announced and BAs were so excited that they immediately placed orders and encouraged others to take advantage of the 3-day special.
The second day was packed with presentations. The emcees started the program with the house rules, followed by the Welcome Speech of the Chairman.
The program segments followed after; Mr. Arun Kemer did the Empower/Enhance/Enrich training while Dr. Olga Eliseeva from Russia went through the Amega Technological Breakthrough presentation. There was also a Doctors’ Wellness Forum, where Amega Doctors gave their views and testimonials about the Amega products. The Doctors Advisory Board was also announced by the Group CEO. This board is consists of healthcare professionals who provide a clinical, evidence-based perspective into Amega product results and efficacy.
Official product rollout of AMIon and AGEMS® also took place. The AGEMS® launch was made even more special with a great fashion show put up by the BAs. Mr. Eric Witherspoon, a Rising Star awardee, did a brilliant AMWater Actify demo and presentation.
The intensity didn’t end there as Mr. Nava Velanadam, Mr. Dwayne Davis and Ms. Jez Yang respectively did extensive presentations on how to be successful with the Amega Global business. New incentives were also announced.
The second half of the day was an evening of recognition, awards and networking. A Leadership Showcase that featured some of the successful North America Amegans took place. All Diamonds, Blue Diamonds, Black Diamonds and FBAs were also recognized. There were raffle draw and giveaways, as well as performances from the BAs. The ladies came in their beautiful gowns while the gentlemen were all uptight in their suits, and everyone enjoyed the 8-course dinner.
The 30-Day Wellness Program was introduced by the Group CEO, which got the BAs excited. Everybody actively participated in the activity and was energized to take on the 30-day challenge.
It was such a fabulous event indeed. Congratulations to our North America team!

Leadership Meet 2012 - The Best LM Yet!
The Leadership Meet 2012 has been concluded and it was a huge success! Amegans from over 40 countries came together in this grand homecoming event. It has been a totally different and exciting experience for everyone as it was the first time it was held on a cruise, onboard the SuperStar Virgo that sailed from Singapore to Phuket and Langkawi.
The training day was packed with extensive presentations that included a Wellness Forum, Trainings from Group CEO, Mr. Arun Kemer and Senior VP for Training and Development, Mr. Benjamin Cheng and a very powerful talk from Keynote Speaker, Mr. Thaddeus Lawrence. New products were also launched that day.
The Gala/Masquerade Night was also memorable. The gentlemen came in their dashing tuxedos and the ladies in their most beautiful gowns. There were also performances from each country's representatives, which was then followed by the lucky draw. Everybody simply had a blast that evening.
The Meet wouldn't be complete without the Leadership Awards and Recognitions. Top Amegans were recognized on the LM stage. Amega Global Chairman, Mr. Eric Banks and Group CEO, Mr. Arun Kemer awarded the Diamond, Blue Diamond, Black Diamond and Royal Black Diamond Leaders. The Outstanding and Best Contributors as well as Top Stockist were also announced.
Indeed, this year's Meet is the best LM yet. Amegans were energized and were driven with a whole new feeling of passion and motivation.

Amega Global Philippines Cebu Office Official Opening a Resounding Success!
The 5th of July was a big day for Amega Global Philippines as they held the official opening of the Cebu office. Our very own Group CEO, Mr. Arun Kemer graced this special event.
An office blessing in the morning started this festive day, followed by the Opening Ceremony in the afternoon. Guests were welcomed with drum rolls and right after the arrival of our Group CEO, the Ribbon Cutting took place. Mr. Arun Kemer was joined by Cebu's Congressman, Mr. Tomas Osmeña, assisted by Amega Global Philippines Founding Members, Mr. Genghis Cua and Mr. Joselito Tesoro. Toss of candies and coins and poppers were blown out to welcome the office grand opening.
The program proper was then opened by a prayer song and the country's National Anthem. Speeches from the esteemed guests followed after. First was an inspiring speech from the Sales and Marketing Manager of Amega Global Philippines, Ms. Emilie Dela Vega, who greeted everyone with her famous line, "Cebu, it's your time to shine!" She was then followed by Congressman, Mr. Tomas Osmeña. During his speech, the Congressman thanked the company for choosing Cebu as one of its expansion destinations.
Before the cocktails, Mr. Arun Kemer shared his longtime vision to bring Amega Global in Cebu since his first visit in the Philippines. He narrated how amazed he was to see the leaders' determination to be successful in their Amega Global business. Indeed, it was a moving speech as he was able to inspire and touch the hearts of everyone who were present at the Grand Opening.
It was such a long festive day for Amega Global Cebu as a successsful Press Conference followed after the Opening Ceremony. It was attended by a number of press people from different categories topped by the leading local newspapers like Manila Bulletin – Cebu, Sunstar Cebu and The Freeman. Representatives from top local radio stations: ABS – CBN’s DYAB Radio Station, DYHP Radio Station and Bombo Radyo Cebu came as well. Amazed with the products offered by Amega Global, the press people enjoyed the demos done by Philippine founders, Mr Genghis Cua and Mr Joselito Tesoro.
